Thrive's Life Skills program equips young adults with the practical skills needed for everyday success. Through individualized instruction and hands-on learning, participants gain the confidence to manage daily responsibilities and make informed decisions.

Our instruction focuses on developing skills that promote independence at home, in the workplace, and within the community.

Life Skills training includes:

• Meal planning and cooking
• Household cleaning and organization
• Laundry and clothing care
• Personal hygiene and self-care routines
• Budgeting and money management
• Time management and organization
• Communication and self-advocacy
• Job readiness and workplace expectations
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Health, wellness, and personal safety

Each participant receives individualized support designed to build upon their strengths while promoting greater independence and long-term success.
